Irked with government’s inaction towards development of their village, villagers of Latehar’s Ghutuwa panchayat samiti, have started construction of a six kilometer road. Villagers told reporters that the under construction road will connect their village to the nearby railway station. “We urged government many times to pay heed to our demands, but for no avail. At last, we decided to construct the road on our own,” said a villager.
