A day ahead of voting for Lok Sabha elections in the state, Latehar DC Mukesh Kumar on Wednesday spoke to ETV on poll preparations. Talking about the security arrangements in the Naxal-hit area, Kumar said that the safety of the officials on poll duty was their topmost priority.
